Frank  Mininni
Chief  of  Police



    Frank was born and  raised in Glendale, Missouri and currently resides in O’Fallon, Missouri with his wife and two sons.

    Frank started his career in Law Enforcement in 1997 with the City of Normandy as a patrol officer. 

    In 1999, he was selected to be a detective in the Division of Criminal Investigation. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2002 and served as a patrol supervisor, commanding one of the four patrol squads within the patrol division of the Normandy Police Department. In 2005, he was promoted to Lieutenant and served as the Assistant Chief. On September 14, 2009, Frank was appointed to the position of Chief of Police.

    Chief Mininni is a graduate of Lindenwood University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. In addition, Chief Mininni is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
